To mark the 50th anniversary of Amnesty International an album of Bob Dylan songs has been released - and it features some of the music legends of the past five decades. Chimes of Freedom has Dylan tracks performed by artists as diverse as the American folk legend Pete Seeger (who's 92 now) and Miley Cyrus. The human rights organization has a long history of involving musicians and comedians in its fund raising efforts - most memorably the Secret Policeman's Ball events which started in the 1970s, and were recently revived in New York City. Peter Bowes, in Los Angeles, has been talking to the record producer Martin Lewis, who's been a major driving force behind Amnesty's charitable ventures - and especially this track by Pete Seeger.
