Exercise science and Hollywood history

Super early start today to film an 0545 'metabolic zone class' at Results Fitness in Newhall, CA. @resultsfitness_

I'm looking at the lengths some people will go to stay young and healthy - and how fitness professionals are putting the latest exercise science into practice.  Recent research suggests short, intense bursts of exercise are better than traditional hour-long sessions at the gym or going for a long run. Planning to throw myself into this one, so deep breath, it's going to be an energetic morning.

Later tonight I'll be on air in my usual slot (2040 PT/0440 GMT Tuesday) on BBC Radio 5 Live's Up All Night with my guest, Tim Gray, Editor in Chief, Variety - otherwise known as Hollywood's bible.  Tim has just published a book with the humble title, 'An illustrated history of the world from the most important magazine in Hollywood.' He'll tell us all about it - and speculate on what the future has in store for Tinsel Town, in the electronic age.
